Landed7772 was founded in 2002 and registered as an IP Trade Mark since 2005, with a main focus on marketing of landed property in Singapore for homeowners and investors. It is also the first in Singapore to launch a landed mobile application, embracing technology in landed property since 2009.

Ms Teresa Tan leads the department specialising in landed property. Being the ORIGINAL Landed Marketing System, we are the largest professional landed property real estate consultant, having transacted more than 4,000 landed homes in Singapore.
